OVirtual Inc. ("OVirtual," "we," "us") provides a unified workspace for service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to our marketing website, app, and APIs.
2. What we collect
You give us
- Account details: name, email, password hash, company, role.
- Billing details: payment method (handled by Stripe), billing address, tax IDs.
- Content: messages, calls, voicemails, files, contacts, proposals, invoices.
We collect automatically
- Device and log data: IP, browser, OS, timestamps, referrer.
- Product usage: features used, performance metrics, error reports.
3. How we use it
- Provide, secure, and improve the Services.
- Process payments and prevent fraud.
- Send transactional and (with consent) marketing email.
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. AI & training
We never use your customer data to train AI models — ours or our providers'. AI inputs are processed transiently to generate output and are excluded from model training by contract.
6. Retention
We retain account data while your workspace is active. Backups are purged within 35 days of deletion. Tax and billing records are kept 7 years as required by law.
7. Your rights
Depending on your region (GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA), you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction. Submit requests to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
9. International transfers
Data is processed primarily in the US and Canada, with EU residency available on Business plans. Cross-border transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
10. Children
OVirtual is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
11. Changes
We'll notify customers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Older versions remain available on request.
