  • Uncompleted projects: If a project is not completed due to reasons beyond the customer’s control or if the customer terminates the project, we may issue a refund for the unused portion of the project fee. Refunds will not be granted if the customer becomes unresponsive (MIA) during the project.
  • First Mockup: If the first mockup of a website or design is not approved by the customer, a refund may be requested. Once the initial mockup is approved, no refund will be granted.

    Refunds will be processed within 21 days upon approval of the refund request. The refund will be issued to the same credit card used for the original payment.

  2. Payment Methods and Currencies:
    Refunds will be issued in the same currency and using the same payment method as the original payment.

  4. Limitations and Disclaimers:
